CYNDI LAURIN
Founder of Guide to Greatness, LLC and author, international speaker, and consultant – Cyndi Laurin is passionate about provoking an awareness of thinking in individuals and organizations. Cyndi believes a collective awareness of our thought and language is the proverbial silver bullet to organizational greatness. Her insights and expertise in process improvement and performance excellence are transforming both domestic and international organizations.

Beginning her career as a university lecturer at the age of 23 was certainly not the norm. Nor was earning her PhD in Educational Leadership and Organizations at the age of 26 or writing her first business book at the age of 32. Cyndi Laurin lives by the tenets she presents to thousands of people every year, and she firmly believes that greatness (or having an extraordinary life) is generated from within. Cyndi believes it is possible for anyone to live an extraordinary life, and from her commitment to the success of people and organizations, she intends on spending the rest of her life encouraging and facilitating others’ journeys in paving their own roads to greatness.

Over her years in teaching and working with several large, global and small, family-owned organizations, Cyndi began to recognize patterns in how individuals and organizations hinder themselves from being truly extraordinary. She realized that it was not lack of knowledge, lack of theories, tools, initiatives, strategies, or consultants that resulted in so many ordinary organizations...but simply, too much focus on tactical efforts without consideration for more powerful driving intangibles, such as awareness, values, and thinking.

Believing that thinking about thinking results in results; Cyndi is currently working on more business books and travels regularly throughout the world in an effort to provoke thinking, both individually and collectively.

LYN WEYMAN-WITT
Lyn joined Guide to Greatness, LLC in 2006 and functions as our Greatness Coordinator. She assists clients in achieving their goals and facilitates the Guide to Greatness calendar and events.

Lyn is a natural at supporting others, asking the right questions to assist clients in identifying their needs, and offers tools for them to achieve greatness! She is also our point of contact for checking availability for services, bookings, and follow-up.

When asked what a "Greatness Coordinator" means to her, Lyn replied, "I specialize in supporting our clients and partners along their own path to greatness! They will feel a lifelong commitment from us, and our interest in them and their success will be obvious. As 'Catch!' espouses that 'It's all over here' - Guide to Greatness exists because it's all about them - the clients."

CRAIG MORNINGSTAR
Craig Morningstar, President of Synergy Business Associates - a holding company, has recently partnered with Cyndi. Craig is an experienced senior-level executive with the unique ability to quickly discover, elevate, and execute business opportunities that most would not see. This skill set of seeing problems and opportunities - where others do not - works to compliment senior management teams focused on goals, problems, opportunities, and competition.

Craig's background includes 8 years at Southwest Airlines and 8 years at Charles Schwab in addition to starting, owning, operating, growing, and selling a total of nine companies in the import/export industries as well as software development, office maintenance, retail distribution, transportation shipping, and business services and consulting.

In addition to public speaking and media presentations, he holds multiple certifications and licenses in the quality, finance, and aero-industry. He participates on multiple professional boards and associations - he (and Cyndi) are members of the Valley Advisory Group (VAG) - a Regional Capital Development Organization - located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
